Dear esteemed customers, employees and partners;
We, as CMS Glass Machinery family, are full of happiness and joy as we have left behind a very busy and successful year 2007. Having had another succesful year in which we have realized far more than our projections, our company is reaching its goals one by one and focusing on new ones which we outreached our goals of growing. Our company is achieving all it’s goals one by one and focusing non-stop newly defined goals. |

Our philosophy, rejecting any justification as an excuse for failure provides production automation to our more than 4000 customers located in more than 100 countries.

As our ever - developing foreign sales channels account for 80 % of our exports, this is the direct result of our vision which is making CMS a global brand and this proved to be the most important pushing factor regarding our company’s leadership in switching to automation in its sector in Turkey.
Today, we have a product portfolio which includes 30 main machine products and 192 derivatives designed to meet the different needs of different customers. The reason why we have developed such a diverse portfolio is not marketing the same products to same customers but providing varied solutions to our varied customers. That is to say, we approach our customers not as a classic marketer pushing for sale of standard products but as a helper, problem solver or a technology partner.
Our flexibility and speed are the two vital factors which differ us from the rest of our competition in the global marketplace. The most flexible and speedy moves can only be made on a solid base and this has been the rationale behind our institutional restructuring efforts. These studies coupled with important reforms have put into operation in three years and outcomes have been successful. You can find some of these below:
CMS Glass Machinery switched to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
And then, integrated with this database model, a Customer Relationship Managemet (CRM) system was installed which encompassed customer, contact, sales, marketing, order information systems.
Also integrated with the ERP system, a Supply Chain Management (SCM) was installed.
Production techniques were reinforced with ERP production model: production rotations were drawn, capacities of all the production centers and procession of the orders within the production line began to be tracked precisely.
On the advanced ERP system including the after – sales services model we created, a Management and Decision Support System was set up which made it possible to instantly observe and understand every process within the company. These systems helped us to develop right strategies at right time.
Total Quality Management system is internalized and universalized among our employees. We were awarded an ISO 9001 certificate.
We believe in constant training of our employees so that their efficencies are enhanced and their abilities are developed. CMS Academy was established to give equal opportunities to all of our employees. All of in – house training activities and training of our overseas technical, sales staffs and machine operators of our customers are carried out by CMS Academy. Also, a training hall and test areas were provided and training equipment were obtained for increasing the efficiencies of the trainees.
And also through the agency of CMS Academy as a socially responsible institution, needy schools in our country have been offered construction services and school equipment. A Project has been completed and a new one is underway.
We feel that our company is being part of the information age and gather more confidence as we share some of these structural efforts with you.
