Inlet Conveyor
Inlet conveyor with its automatic glass length measuring system the machine position itself according to the glass size. Thanks to this feature, the operator is prevented from entering glass information and the possibility of errors are prevented and mass production is increased.
Glass Arrising Unit
Arrising process can be done with maximum cycle and speed automatically. Special diamond breaks the back and front side of the glass sheets and arrise the glass. Arrised or edged glass is adjusted automatically depends on the glass thickness.
Outlet Conveyor
Outlet conveyor that we have designed has glass moving wheels is used for collecting of finished glasses from the line by the operator and / or to transmit the glasses to the next process. The conveyor is made with strong and sturdy chassis.
Recipe Management
In this machine we offer advanced recipe management system which can save your custom settings like different glass types, different glass thickness and many more information for later usage which makes the usage of the machine more easy for any operator.

HOW IT WORKS?
After the cut glass is given to the system the arrising process can be done with maximum cycle and speed automatically. Based on vertical structure, the head with diamond tool arrise the glass. The machine is equipped with automatic measuring system for glass sheet’s length, height and thickness with waterproof servo motors. Water is used to cool and clean the arrising belts. Additional spray nozzles, remove the glass dust residue from the glass sheet and reduce the displacement of these particles into downstream systems. Water cycling system is provided with the machine as a standard feature.

FEATURES
In order to avoid corrosion we use stainless steel where there is a contact with the water. The inside and outside of the machine is made of high quality stainless steel.
