Silicone glass sealing extruder is capable of using double-component silicon products, allowing for the final sealing of insulating glass units.
POLYSULPHIDE GLASS SEALING EXTRUDER
Polysulphide (thiocol) glass sealing extruder is capable of using double-component polsulphide (thiocol) products, allowing for the final sealing of insulating glass units.
POLYURETHANE GLASS SEALING EXTRUDER
Polyurethane glass sealing extruder is capable of using double-component polyurethane paste or liquid products, allowing for the final sealing of insulating glass units.

FEATURES

Heating System for Cold Environment

On our glass sealing extruders we use heating system for the companies who is working under cold environment. The pipes of the glass sealing extruder is covered by heating elements to keep the sealing material warm during machine running.

Adjustable Mixing Ratio

Glass sealing extruders of our company is using adjustable mixing ratio. With its ratio control structure the operator able to adjust the ratio for glass sealing material is used.

Warning System Against for Freezing

When the operators leave the glass sealing extruder unattended the warning system for freezing will be automatically activated to warn the operator to run the machine again before the sealing material freeze in mixing system of the machine.

Warning System Against for High Pressure

By warning system for high pressure our glass sealing extruders will be monitor the unexpected pressure failures and warn the operator.

Telescopic Arm

For large and oversized insulating glass units our glass sealing extruder has telescopic arm as a standard. With aid of telescopic arm the usage and sealing of the glass units will be easy and troubleless.
