The Inlet Conveyor is a loading zone conveyor that is designed to load glass sheets into the washing machine. Thanks to loading support legs the big sized glasses can be loaded easily. With its modular infrastructure our machine is ready to extensions with optional conveyors for jumbo glass washing.
It is designed to wash the glass sheets with high quality washing brushes at maximum quality and to reliably dry the glasses with specially designed fans. With our glass washing machine we offer you maximum sensitivity and quality for glass washing. Vibration free working thanks to heavy and robust steel construction structure.
The outlet conveyor of the machine provides the transfer of glass sheets from washing and drying machine to the next process. Thanks to its modular infrastructure we have developed our machine will also be ready for oversized big glass sheets or jumbo sizes glass washing by adding optional conveyors.
Stainless Steel Body
In order to avoid corrosion we use stainless steel where there is a contact with the water in our machine body. The inside and outside of the machine is made of high quality stainless steel.
External Brush Cab
External brush cabs provide safe and more better glass washing performance by making water circulation while washing process. The glass washing can be watched through observation windows.
Pre-washing system comes as a standard feature with this insulated glass production line. It is used to prevent dusts have on the glass before main washing and also useful for keeping the system more clean.
It is made by stainless steel in order to avoid corrosion. With its critical water level control the machine always check the water level in the tank to avoid from any flooding. Integrated resistance heaters keep the water warm for perfect glass washing. The water temperature is always controlled via temperature control system.
The brush speed synchronization system (Opt. BSS) which is optionally can be added to the machine on request we offer you very sensitive glass washing results especially for soft coated Low-E glasses. This feature gives more control and ability to your operator for adjusting the speed of the washing brushes through control unit.
Assembly unit is designed to place spacer frames on the clean glass coming from glass washing machine. To help your operator for placing the spacer frames properly onto the glass and avoid mistakes we developed an integrated adjustable guides to sides and bottom of to the assembly unit. The assembly unit has its own lighting system which is used for inspection of the cleaned glasses against glass defects before it goes to pressing unit.

With its strong and sturdy chassis the press unit use hydraulic / servo front panel driven system for excellent production. By pressing from 4 points we offer you precise insulated glass units. Holding the insulated glass units inside the press is managed by high speed automatic vacuum system.
The press output is designed to transfer the pressed insulated glass unit for secondary sealing application. On your request we can offer you tilting table (Opt. TT) instead of standard press output according to your requirements. Tilting table is useful for transferring the glasses from vertical to horizontal processes and also helpful for sealing of insulating glass units when it comes to the oversized glass sealing. It can also be used as a sealing table in manual glass sealing processes..
Double, Triple and Shaped Glass Pressing
Not only ordinary double and triple insulated glass units but we also offer you a press that also produce shaped insulated glass units with our press system. According to our in house developed CMS shape library. We have different shapes are already recorded in our software with variety of ready to choose shapes which are commonly used in insulated glass production
Structural, Facade Glass Production
In our insulated glass production line we developed very controllable system that is using precisely positionable mechanisms for safe and stable pressing of structural, step and facade glass production. With its precise positioning system and strong mechanical structure we offer you a perfect production with easy usage for any production facility.
Automatic Argon Gas Filling Feature
Automatic argon gas filling comes as a standard feature with this insulated glass production line. Argon gas is filled from bottom and our intelligent software calculates the volume of the argon gas required for the units by taking consideration of the glass length, glass height, glass and spacer thickness. Thanks to this calculation based method the argon gas filling is done efficiently.
Jumbo / Tandem Compatibility
Compatible to be integrated with multiple pressing units to press jumbo sized insulated glass units in single operation. This compatibility allows you to upgrade your machine to tandem / jumbo pressing line any time with low costs. This compatibility requires servo press front panel (Opt. SPP) which can be added to the press unit as an optionally on request.
Servo Press Front Panel
As an optionally on request, servo motor driven front panel system (Opt. SPP) can be integrated to the pressing unit which provides more precise pressing by applying different pressure to glasses for different sizes and thickness of insulated glass units. By aid of this feature pressing pressure and also pressing time settings for different insulated glass units will be automated.
In this machine we offer advanced recipe management system which can save your custom settings like different glass types, different glass thickness and many more information for later usage which makes the usage of the machine more easy for any operator who use the machine.

Remote technical assistance system based on a set of software tools that allows authorized staff of our after sales services to manage maintenance or assistance tasks anywhere in the world quickly and efficiently. Access via the Internet is always done with the prior consent of the customer.
HOW IT WORKS?
All the brushes that are used in washing cabinet are high quality soft coating (Low-E) brushes. The drying unit consists of a fan with an air filter. After the first glass is washed, it goes directly to the panel press then the machine holds the first glass in suspension on a rubber made independent suction cups. The second glass, on which butyl applied frame has been mounted, is positioned and stabilized by means of an air cushion. The movable section automatically brings the first glass onto the second one and pressing them uniformly. Hydraulic pressing system applies different pressures for different thickness and butyl is pressed equally from four sides by applying equal pressure. The vacuum system makes the press unit to work automatically in high speed according to the glass size to prevent energy loss. Inside of the press is made of anti-static felt and air cushion system to prevent glass breaking while pressing. The line is automated and controlled by a PLC system. Hydraulic tilting table at the end of the line is used for transferring of big sized heavy glasses and used for sealing. All the functions are operated from a multi-language and user friendly control panel.

Low-E glass washing and processing has become our standards in all of our glass processing machines. All of our glass washing machines are using for brushes for 0,02 emissivity low-E glass.

Optionally, automatic argon gas filling feature (Opt. G) can be integrated into the pressing system in this model of insulated glass production line.
Optionally sand filter system can be integrated to this model of insulated glass production line which is used to clean dusts on glass comes to the water tanks during glass washing stage. Thanks to this technology which will prevent our glass washing machines to reduce the used water in glass washing and cleaning.
Large or oversized insulating glass is never a problem with our glass washing machines and insulated glass production lines. With our intelligent press system the oversized glasses can be pressed with two time press program.
